Because CleanLEE Pro's underlying infrastructure and payment processing are handled by third-party providers (Base44, Inc. and Stripe, Inc.), portions of your data are also governed by their respective privacy policies, linked below. We recommend having this policy reviewed by a qualified attorney before publishing it live.

Information We Collect

• Account information you provide directly: name, email, phone number, business/company details

• Billing information processed by Stripe: billing name, address, and payment method details (Maximillian Industries never sees or stores your full card number — Stripe handles this directly)stripe

How We Use Information

• To create, authenticate, and manage your CleanLEE Pro account

• To detect fraud, prevent misuse, and maintain account security

Where Your Data Lives and Who Handles It

• Base44 (app infrastructure): CleanLEE Pro's application, account data, and content you create in the app are hosted on Base44's platform, stored on Base44's servers in the United States by default. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and Base44 is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified and GDPR compliant (Base44 Security, Base44 Support Docs).docs.base44+1

• Stripe (payment processing): All subscription payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS-certified payment processor. When you subscribe, Stripe collects your payment method details, billing address, and transaction history directly — this data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy and is not stored on our servers.stripe

• Maximillian Industries, LLC: We retain account-level information (name, email, subscription status, support history) needed to operate and support CleanLEE Pro.

Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with Base44 and Stripe as necessary to operate the app and process payments, or when required by law. Neither Base44 nor Stripe is authorized to use your data for purposes beyond providing their respective services to us.

Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to opt out of marketing communications. Requests related to app/account data can be sent to us directly; requests specifically about payment data may also be directed to Stripe at privacy@stripe.com.

Data Retention
We retain account and app data for as long as your subscription remains active, or as needed to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations. Payment and transaction records are retained by Stripe per its own retention schedule.

CleanLEE Pro and its billing pages may use essential cookies (to maintain your login session) and, where applicable, analytics cookies to understand app usage. Stripe's checkout may also set its own cookies for fraud prevention.
