Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CleanLEE Pro (the "App"), a subscription-based software application owned and operated by Maximillian Industries, LLC ("Maximillian Industries," "we," "us," "our"). By creating an account, subscribing to, or otherwise using CleanLEE Pro, you ("User," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.


1. Legal Disclaimer
These Terms are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute legal advice. Maximillian Industries reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time; continued use of CleanLEE Pro after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Nothing in this document limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law. This document should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before publishing to ensure compliance with the jurisdictions in which CleanLEE Pro operates.


2. Description of Service
CleanLEE Pro is a subscription software application built and hosted on the Base44 platform. It is provided "as is" and "as available," and features, pricing, and functionality may be updated, added, or removed at our discretion with reasonable notice where required.

 

3. Accounts and Eligibility

  • You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to subscribe to CleanLEE Pro.

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

 

4. Subscription, Billing, and Payments

  • CleanLEE Pro is offered on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annual, per the plan you select).

  • All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a third-party, PCI-DSS-certified payment processor (Stripe Privacy Policy). Maximillian Industries does not directly collect or store your full payment card details.

  • By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal.

  • Prices are subject to change with advance notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

  • Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

 

5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

  • Use CleanLEE Pro for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other accounts, or the underlying Base44 infrastructure

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App

  • Upload malicious code, or content that infringes on the intellectual property or rights of others

  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation, servers, or networks

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

 

6. Third-Party Services
CleanLEE Pro relies on the following third-party providers to deliver its services:

  • Base44, Inc. — provides the application hosting, data storage, and infrastructure underlying CleanLEE Pro. Base44 maintains SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications and encrypts data at rest and in transit (Base44 Security).

  • Stripe, Inc. — processes all subscription billing and payments on our behalf (Stripe Privacy Policy).

Your use of CleanLEE Pro is also subject to the applicable terms of these providers where relevant to their respective services. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or data handling practices that originate solely from these third-party providers, though we will work to resolve any resulting service disruptions.

 

7. Intellectual Property
CleanLEE Pro, including its software, design, branding, and content (excluding data you input), is the property of Maximillian Industries, LLC and its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose — it does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

 

8. Your Content and Data
You retain ownership of the data and content you input into CleanLEE Pro. By using the App, you grant Maximillian Industries and Base44 a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide and maintain the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is collected, stored, and shared with Base44 and Stripe.

 

9. Disclaimers
CleanLEE Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

 

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maximillian Industries, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, CleanLEE Pro, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

 

11. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CleanLEE Pro, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms (e.g., intellectual property, limitation of liability) will survive.

 

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, unless otherwise required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

 

13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of CleanLEE Pro after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
